With over 10 years experience in the floor care industry, Ross Riek, Managing Director of Carpet Care Services (CCS), founded the company with a vision. Ross wanted to build a team of professionals who could offer both commercial and domestic properties with a Total Floor Care Solution! A One- Stop Floor Care Specialist- this is a unique concept in the floor care industry.
Five years on, CCS now boasts an impressive portfolio of corporate and domestic clients. It is the company ’s unique ability of communicating with and providing a tailored service to all clients, ranging from high- level executives to small home- owners, which has put CCS in a market leading position!

The success of CCS is based primarily on our ability to liaise professionally with all clients to provide a solution that suits. This ranges from dealing directly with the executive decision maker and Project Manager to design a floor care program, provide quotes, deal with issues and problem solve, to liaising with the client to ensure that all work is completed to the highest possible standard.

Our team members boast various accreditations, including full accreditation in IICRC carpet cleaning, carpet restoration and carpet maintenance.
CCS- Our Equipment and Products
CCS and associated contractors have a wide range of state- of-the-art and regularly serviced equipment, including dehumidifiers, extraction machines, air movers and multiple dispatch vans, to ensure our accessibility day and night. All products used by CCS meet with high standards set out by Standards Australia.
CCS- Compliance
At CCS we have an ongoing Occupational Health and Safety training program that meets Australian Cork cover requirements. We also carry full and comprehensive insurance, including Work Cover and Public Liability insurance. Certificates can be supplied on request.
